the following conditions apply to the use of my photos, for both personal and public use:- you may not sell or resell the images in any medium, this includes digital and physical. nor may you produce items using an image that you then sell.- the rights to every image are held by myself, by working with me, you gain CC BY-NC rights to the images. any use of my photos come with the expectation of the correct credit.- any cropped images, e.g. profile pictures or banners, must be appropriately credited in your bio or post.- i will not be able to provide the original (RAW) files to any clients, i do this as i maintain the rights to the images (see above)- all of my photoshoots are public, any person(s) who wish to be removed or have photos taken down can contact me on any of my socials.- i will store each photoshoot publicly in the cloud for at least 6 months after its publication. in the event that any photos were removed from online to local storage, you can contact me to obtain a copy of them.- in the event that a booking is not/cannot be attended, a discretionary 50% of the total bill (excluding travel or additional costs) can be refunded to the client(s), if you notify at least 24 hours prior to the booking.it is the responsibility of the client to familiarise themselves with these terms and conditions before working with me.[updated 2024/09/19]
